Less innovative

Overall good and satisfying but less innovative with work overloading. Less payout not according to work load. No work life balance. A bureaucratic Admin control with less opportunities of professional advancement and future.

Highly stressful and torturing job.

They don't give you margin of Human being. Supervisors are very robotic and emotionally unavailable persons. They only care about performance. They yell and shout over every little mistake. To handle rude and indecent customers is itself a very hard and stressful job. This all gets uglier and worst when supervisors add disrespect and indecency. For girls environment is safe physically. But mentally it is unbearably disturbing. I am working there just because currently i don't have any other option.

I find ptcl a good company for a newbie and also associated with a flavor of nationwide public company .Salaries are good at ptcl as compared to other companies and you can get good opportunities to learn more .

Customer service skills and knowledge

Recommend place to work at PTCL Management is so good and follow the rules also so cooperative. Getting much experience at all times and enjoy my work duties. Become good communicator

Solving customer problems about broad band I love to do this work.

I m technical employee but I have to do the sales marketing the sales marketing is stuff part for me. Sometimes I got the warning letters from management that's I am weak performed in sales marketing this is really disappointing for me.

Very poor management for employeees with very low salery and slow growth

igher management has their own diplomatic games, no respect the bosses are always right. most ppl are from their links and relatives. You have to work and balance the office diplomacy equally, HR is not transparent. HR plays a huge role in making the workplace pathetic

Large organization but have different kind of employees status

It needs to be good salaries low management to middle management as like getting salaries by upper management.It's large organization, but take late discussions to achieve their business target, in respect of other private companies.

A reasonable workplace

One of the best contact centre I've visited in my life with central AC a gym a good cafeteria and with training sessions when required but they pay compromising salary.I couldn't find any contact centre with all such facilities after leaving this job.

I have done 6 weeks internship in PTCL as an Android development. The environment was relaxing and cooperative but at the same time the internet service was not good even at the HQ.

It was a very friendly environment. They followed group culture and helped me in every possible way being an intern. They also did test our knowledge and assigned various tasks to boost work experience.

Management team speed very slow nd don’t do work properly bcz PTCL management team feel like extremely relaxed

Good work place but lacking in job security

While working in PTCL I have explored many things and this organization have equipment me with valuable experience. Despite the fact that salary is quite encouraging but workplace culture really needs to be improve.

Stressful, but good to consume time Bonus are not engouh for operational team Too much work but noting to reward other than salary Not felexible for sick leaves, and causal leaves
