During my stint at Qarshi University i found it a good organization overall.
Being an organization that appeared on the corporate map only 3 years ago it has gained quite a distance as far as development is concerned .

I have learnt a lot here specifically about handling companies in promotion or expansion phase.

learnt to stretch myself to cop with multiple tasks at the same time.

Had been the only person who has worked in all departments and have handled operations of various departments.

Not a good place to work for females particularly.

No System in Place.

No defined Jobs.

No growth opportunities.

No performance oriented environment

No chance of financial growth.

very centralized structure. the owner is the CEO, all decisions lie with him.
