Workplace culture is excellent, and people in general are pleasant. Salaries are not up to the mark. Great benefits. Not the kind of equality among departments that they claim to have.

Best culture.

Loved working here to bits. I'll add that I was working at the Islamabad office. Salaries could have been a lot better though, as they were not adjusted for inflation, at least till I was there.

Only good as a starting point

It is not too fulfilling and is considered a low cost center only. There is not much direction for the employee's as well as a lack of initiatives in terms of compensation and benefits.

Good workplace

Good company, comfortable workspace and friendly behavior of all employees.No burden of work at all. Extra curricular activities for mind relaxation. Performance based promotions and bonuses every year

Their experience is not relevant to the market

Used to be a better company before 2015 but now it has totally changed into an exploitative workplace. Long and stressful working hours with no recognition or job security whatsoever. The experience won't help in any other job so you have to start from scratch even after working 10 years at this company because the experience has no market value. They will try to extract maximum production from you but still you won't be given the growth and incentives you deserve. Strongly not recommended.

Departmental Management is not good

Working for S&P Global was an awesome experience of my life. Its a very good company for the start up. However, there are few departments in which the Managers are not good. For example the Real Estate Industry Fundamentals. Despite working hard day and night and working overtime, they do not give you bonuses and increments and gather those for themselves which I have personally experienced. If you want to move to any other department which you feel you are capable of, the managers wont let you move by giving negative feedback. So if you want to work for S&P, dont go in Real Estate Industry Fundamentals as its Manager is the meanest ever you will ever see who has been working in S&P for almost 10 years and has his Monopoly all over. The assistant Managers working under him are his mere Puppets. I would love to work again for The S&P if given the opportunity in Commercial/Sales/Financial or Product operations side.

Great place to work inside pakistan

As a software dev career this is best place to work within Pakistan. It has best packages and compensation to offer. The management and leadership of Pakistan is bit laggy and more like an government office. In some departments TC culture is must

Productive, Fast paced work environment with excellent culture

Peers at S&P Global are highly competitive and they bring the best out of you. I work for their Analytics department which is termed as one of the hardest and stressful departments at S&P.

A Poor place to work due to the typical sick minded Pakistani culture of leg pulling. If your management belongs to USA or any other country, you have bright chances of growth, otherwise if you have management belong to Sick Pakistani mentality people, forget a reward or growth.
