there's too much company politics. Everyone need to watch there own back. company has odd working hours. there's no off as you need if you fall sick, coming to work on your day off which is not O.T.

Productive and competitive environment

I worked in this company for more than seven years, and I enjoyed their work environment and culture. Although the work load was always there but everyday was a new day to learn. I did many certifications and adopted several professional techniques to groom myself. I will always want to go back to Sybrid ltd if I get a chance.

Very fast paced and customer driven organization

Handling multiple things at the same time with very limited resources and budget. Hardest part is to get the required IT budget approve to maintain the services uptime but the management did not want to spend much. My team was awesome, I trained them to do a smart work instead of hard work to overcome the constraint of limited resources.
