Syngenta Careers and Employment

When I join this company, there were so many problems here . By getting orders from franchisees is so typical because some products has low margins so franchisees will not interested by selling it. I complete that product 's target. Day 1st I learned a lot to how to manage a territory. In territory how to manage franchisees, farmers and our company's field officers. Management give training to us to how to work. Work place and environment is quite good and efficient. The hardest part is bearing line managers.
