Too much pressure to deal with. The work culture over there is all about transfer pressure pressure and pressure. The pay scale is pathetic. Compensation improvements solely target-focused. Working environment is extremely unprofessional, a typical day at work is all about that pressure passing in the hierarchy. Work culture is nothing more than begging for a cup of tea from the office boys in some branches. Zero trips or social events for a change or to connect and learn.

I worked here almost 5 years each day I taught a new point regarding my job and give me the opportunity to grow faster and meaningful.Workplace is very good but the culture disappointing me . Every day with a work load but I feel no pressure and make a day enjoyable .

A very competitive work place where one can learn a lot of things. Management was very cooperative. It's safe for female staff. A very good peer to peer relationship. Overall the working experience was good, but it disturbs the work and life equilibrium a little bit.

All or most employees are laid back. You learn at your own pace and only if you take initiative. No opportunity to think out of the box, you have to go by the book as everyone works for themselves.Salaries are abysmal and monetary benefits for a job well done are non existent. Bell curve implemented for each department in each region individually. Lacks synergy between departments.Lacks automation and almost everything is still on paper. Since innovation and change is highly discouraged.All in all, work environment is great and stress levels are quite low compared to other banks. However, if you want to grow and acheive self-actualisation, this is not the bank for you and some major changes are necessary for BOP.

Late sitting are rare, Best Car Finance and House Finance in the Market, Comfortable Work Environment

Nonsensical Salaries, Non-existent Growth Opportunities, Appraisal system is Flawed, Innovation is not encouraged, No synergy amongst departments

Good working knowledge for beginners, too much work load, u HV to serve many segments means jack of all trades. Salaries were low at that time. Was hired as cash officer, then extra duties of network administrator like doing EOD, MOD n SOD functions related to IT. Marketing job also assigned. Consumer finance coordinator duty was also assigned along with all other duties. Nback up
