During my posting in Field operations, being an Assistant Manager, I had learnt an art of how to get my team members contented with work and personal life without bringing about any impact upon NW. I usually applied two of Ufone's core values, "Commitment & fun" and "Team work and innovation" to get our professional & personal life to be balanced. This was my bigger achievement.

Every day is beautiful because i always want to learn more. Mature more and polished my skills. Enhance my management skills. My co-workers see me and give smile the best thing is this in my life. Nothing is impossible in job. Most enjoyable when Ufone organised different events.

In office my day usually start at 9 o clock and ends on 6,7 o clock during my working hours i used to complete my targets given by company and handling customer's problems I have learnt team work and provide a friendly atmosphere to work in My all colleagues were friendly and we helped each other to understand and complete all the tasks. sometimes its very hard to stand on feet all the day and i got so much pain when i got back to my home the most enjoyable part in my job was to deal different kinds of customers sometimes its difficult to deal annoying customers but its fun when a tough person got satisfied by your dealings.

Highly Professional and ISO Certified Organization Time Management and Soft Skills and Co-ordination with Management, Co-Workers, Sales Officers and contact center agents as well as with the customer regarding their complaint about products and services. Hard Time when i joined the organization to interact with the junior staff more then 300 agents in short period of time which is also good learning for me and the best part of time to evaluate the performance of the agents and there LCM(Live Call Monitoring) and to train them to get better results and had a good time in that organization
Ufone is a great organization and provide a competitive and great environment for its employees. The company is providing its services from almost 14 years now and have increased its market share with best services bieng provided to its customers.
