Better Pay
Sales Associate (Current Employee) - Leesburg, VA - February 20, 2020
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedBump it up to $12 Starting , I love it here but I just need more money, I am currently paying my own bills and it would be nice to have a little more money for other things, I had co workers get second jobs because the pay at one job was bad.

Great workplace
Stock Lead (Former Employee) - Hagerstown, MD - October 2, 2023
Great place to work. Lots of responsibilities with the stock lead that need to be divided amount the rest of the management team or raise the pay of the lead

Loved my job
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Lincoln City, OR - October 1, 2023
Management and teammates were amazing!! One of the best places I have ever worked for, always had fun and some of the best customers I've ever dealt with. I would still be working there if I hadn't moved, or transferred if there was a store where I moved. Very compassionate people, and treat their employees right, only complaint I had was winter was rough with cut backs in hours.
Pros
Great discounts, great team, great management
Cons
Major hour cut backs during slow season

Fun work place
Lead (Former Employee) - Las Vegas, NV - September 24, 2023
Very fun work place but no opportunity to move up. Discount is amazing and you. An stack up your closet. Calling out is a hassle as you have to find shift coverage even if it’s 9am

overall good

Pretty good experience, no complaints at all. easy job for a highschool or college part time worker looking to make some money. Hours during slow season is biggest complaint but understandable

It was a job
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Aurora, OH - September 19, 2023
Worked about 10-15 hours a week at this store, even though my availability was up to 30 hours a week. Scheduling was inconsistent and I could never tell week to week if I would get 2 days or 5 days in a given week. Overall, the job was alright the main responsibilities were assisting customers, making sure the store was organized, helping out with cashiering and inventory. Most of my coworkers/managers were friendly and willing to help you learn and you get a really good employee discount. One of the managers could be condescending at times.
Pros
Employee Discounts, Friendly Coworkers
Cons
No benefits, little to no opportunity for advancement, inconsistent scheduling

used to be a great place to work
Team Member (Former Employee) - Leesburg, VA - September 17, 2023
The old managers are coworkers were great but then we got a new manager who likes to sit in the office all day and do nothing. the only time he’d come out was to say how messy the store was even though everyone left because of him. pay was good though

You stay busy
Early Morning Stocker (Former Employee) - Tucson, AZ - September 16, 2023
You do your work and you clock out. Friendly coworkers and very little issues. This early in morning there isn’t much talking which can be a pro or a con based on your personality.

Fun but weirdly intense
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Marysville, WA - September 15, 2023
It was pretty chill and intense at the same time we always had to talk with the customers which I didn’t like but the managers were cool. I’d work there again but only if I got paid enough.

Fun place to work, good culture, however management needs to be much better.
Team Lead (Current Employee) - Baltimore, MD - September 14, 2023
Good company culture, good worklife balance, casual dress code. However, terrible VP level management, and company has cut a lot of the perks of working there due to financial struggles.
Pros
work/life balance, ability to workout on lunch break, casual dress
Cons
slightly below market pay but getting better, terrible VP and above decision making

Fun environment, Minimal noise
Shipper/Receiver (Former Employee) - Baltimore, MD - September 12, 2023
Well I worked there in the year of 2020 and the job was okay but I just wished that the job wasn’t so far out in Baltimore County so I had to catch 3 buses. I loved the job at first because that was my first experience in the warehouse. I liked that I learned how to use the computer to make shipping labels and that was absolutely fun for me. So the skills I built from the job was good.
Pros
Free breakfast, vending machine, Discount Program
Cons
The location too far

Mediocre starting job with no benefits.
Shipment (Former Employee) - Clinton, CT - September 8, 2023
Mediocre starting job with no benefits and decent pay. The employees are alright, but management talks. Careful what you say otherwise it may affect you in the long run. Good luck.

There are little to no growth opportunities in this company and management is not the best.
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Monroe, OH - September 6, 2023
The co workers and environment was great. However, if you are looking for a job where you are appreciated… this isn’t the place. Managers aren’t very appreciative of their workers. Although co workers are very supportive, it does not feel like managers have your back. Management is not supportive, encouraging, or appreciative. If you are looking for a job with growth opportunities, there are not many here.
Pros
Paid 15 minute breaks, great co workers, easy schedules
Cons
Lacks growth opportunities and supportive environment

Productive, busy workplace
Sales Assistant (Former Employee) - Portsmouth, Hampshire - September 6, 2023
There was always lots to do, the staff can seem a little clichy at first but once you get to know them you begin to feel a lot more comfortable. They were super easy with needing time off and swapping hours and tried to work around you as much as possible. The shifts were split well as really good pay :)

Overall it was an easy/decent retail store to work at
Retail Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Glendale, AZ - September 5, 2023
I got hired for PT and hours were basically 4-5hrs long .. if they needed me long I’d stay for 6hrs and get a 15-30min break. Dress clothes- have to wear their brand form head to toe and u have to buy everything. For the hrs worked u are expected to stand and be on the floor the whole time which was tough on feet . Aside from that it was an easy going job supervisors/managers would be flexible to ur needs.
Cons
Expensive, standing all shift
