Better Pay
Sales Associate (Current Employee) - Leesburg, VA - February 20, 2020
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedBump it up to $12 Starting , I love it here but I just need more money, I am currently paying my own bills and it would be nice to have a little more money for other things, I had co workers get second jobs because the pay at one job was bad.

Fast paced & great discount
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Edmonton, AB - September 4, 2023
The store is always very busy and is very fast paced. Great employee discount and culture. Good amount of support from management if you are reliable.

Super sweet threads
Master Technician (Former Employee) - Ankeny, IA - August 31, 2023
They had some super cool clothes. I liked to wear them every day and sell them to soccer moms and children. They had sweet pizza parties on the third Tuesday after Labor Day.

Good place to work
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Hershey, PA - August 29, 2023
Fun environment, flexible schedules. The coworkers were nice and the management was always super supportive. Able to be cross-trained so every day isn't the same

Great work if you only see numbers
Stock Manager (Former Employee) - Daytona Beach, FL - August 25, 2023
Really depends on which location you work for and whos your manager. There is no actual structure company wide. Just what the store manager wants to implement and what he doesn't. The company does favor ones that only see numbers. The higher the numbers, the more glory they see. Your fellow employees are your allies, and depending on the management they are too. It was one of those work places that you were called 'family'. That definitely was not the case. If you leave, you will be replaced almost immediately without a second thought. The views of the company is also not very pleasant. For a company that stands for patriotism, really do push the agenda and LGBTQ+ onto minors. Having to dress children's mannequins with the product for pride month not being to refuse to put it up. Its a very mixed views place. I enjoyed it before the changes were made in November of 2022. It all just depends if you have an actual leader, or just a boss.
Pros
Pay, 30/1 hour breaks, employee discount, benefits for full time
Cons
No hours for teammates, can be called off at any time

Productive
Receiving Associate (Current Employee) - Mt. Juliet, TN - August 24, 2023
Productive work environment but needs to focus more on retention than on setting unrealistic goals that are hard to reach for anyone. Good atmosphere if you are looking.

Terrible upper management
Operations Manager (Former Employee) - Sparrows Point, MD - August 24, 2023
Most Upper management is under qualified for their position. Seems like a lot of jobs were given to appeal to their diversity incentive. Lack of development cascades down to middle management. Clicks among certain groups. If you speak up and fight for the little people you get labeled. Definitely a lot of unqualified people running the distribution house.

Started good then slowly went down hill
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Sunrise, FL - August 21, 2023
A typical day (if you even get a day) will be stressful, they are constantly hiring and yet always understaffed, you will be doing the workload of 4 people with managers sitting in the back sometimes.

Great starter job
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Pearl, MS - August 20, 2023
For part time hours with a great sales team and management, this is a chill place to work. Customer engagement is key and as long as you can be responsible for your area you'll do fine

Great product weak Work culture
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Mirabel, QC - August 20, 2023
just like many other retail stores, working with employees was fun and dealing with customers was also fun. However, management was weak in its leadership, treats employees like a childcare center.
Pros
discount
Cons
lack of work structure

Awful
Senior Assistant Manager (Former Employee) - Bloomington, MN - August 17, 2023
Overall, they treat you unfairly. Ask you to cut all your staff and increase your productivity. Promise you raises or good pay and don’t follow through.

Fun, easy work
Sales Associate (Current Employee) - Washington, PA - August 17, 2023
The workplace is great. Good management, good hours - although after January your hours will be cut. Great place to work if you're a student. They work with yoru schedule and the job itself isn't demanding.

Easy Job
Sales Associate (Current Employee) - San Marcos, TX - August 16, 2023
It’s a pretty easy college job that works great with your schedule. The managers are really nice and fun. I’ve enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this job to others.

Very meh
Seasonal Sales Associate (Former Employee) - San Ysi - August 9, 2023
Boring place to work, bonuses unsure, but the teammates and guests maybe make your stance in there a little worth. Some of managers are very harsh on women staff members and there's not been any staff rotation. Just take the job if you need it desperately.

It’s a somewhat decent first job
Sales Associate (Current Employee) - Gettysburg, PA - August 8, 2023
No one seems to care and you gotta figure stuff out on your own, your only scheduled to 1-2 days a week and you only get anywhere from 8-12 hours EVERY TWO WEEKS.

Not very exciting & praise teamwork but don’t allow to talk and work.
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Monroe, OH - August 2, 2023
When I was working 8 hr shift, they wouldn’t let me talk to other workers. We just sat there and looked at the wall. No phones at all. And they made me feel bad for taking mandatory breaks. $15 was nice tho.

Amazing place to work with not so amazing coworkers.
Stock Lead (Former Employee) - Waterloo, NY - July 30, 2023
Under Armour is a good job with some wonderful people as coworkers. Unfortunately some of the other managers were immature and that consequently caused unnecessary workplace drama. Although overall, if I was still living up in Seneca County, I'd go back to work there in a heartbeat.
Pros
Wonderful location, good team underneath me.
Cons
Immature management.

Not the best job
Sales Associate (Former Employee) - Norfolk, VA - July 29, 2023
Management was very poor. Best part of working here we’re my coworkers. Not a lot of guidance with new hires, they just throw you out there. Workplace culture is ok, it’s a retail job.

Productive
Associate (Former Employee) - Mebane, NC - July 25, 2023
Not too bad of a workplace, could be better with opportunities to improve in some areas. Although it’s a decent play to work at. You learn a lot about the UA Ways, but I think there needs to be more training.

Company Culture and Management is changing for the worse

Pros
None
Cons
