Bump it up to $12 Starting , I love it here but I just need more money, I am currently paying my own bills and it would be nice to have a little more money for other things, I had co workers get second jobs because the pay at one job was bad.

Productive & Fun

Great & lowkey environment to work in! Training was thorough & was never afraid to ask supervisors questions. Good managers with great co-workers who always were willing to help when needed

Decent work environment

Management team would either be extremely supportive or would leave you in the dust, the team was either really good and helpful or extremely lazy, management had favorites and would put certain people in areas to give them the best sales opportunities. It is an excellent place to work if you are in high school or college in that area and are okay with working late hours.

What is the best part of working at the company?The people I worked with. I loved early hours I worked snd the discounts were nice too. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Knowing that we all were losing our jobs at that location as they closed downWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company?The work environment was fun but it also was professional. What is a typical day like for you at the company?I worked in the stock team so I was folding apparel, hanging it, back stocking , cashiering and inventory.

Great place to work with great management. Good discount and very busy all the times.Workers are all very friendly and the job is easy to understand.

It was okay

Relaxed environment and didn't have to deal with customers. Pretty much retail, but inside of a warehouse and no customers which made the environment less stressful.

Fun place to work

The environment was very much like a family. The hours were good during busy season and they were very flexible to accommodate time off and switching of shifts when necessary. I would recommend this position to anyone looking for a part-time job with great pay and a positive environment!

Fun but fast paced

People are great here but you will be busy often so get used to chaotic work environment. Managers will work with you on everything and are very flexible with scheduling

Great Place to work

It’s a great place to work at. You work with really nice people, friendly and supportive. Management it’s always looking out for you. It can be stressful because of customers and of the amount of workload there is but great place. You get 50% off the products at the store.

Most managers are approachable and accommodating of your schedule it's an enjoyable place to work but you can't make a livable wage there needs a 2nd job to be able to afford to live

Super Friendly & Relaxing

Loved working here. A great and loving environement where the teamates geniuenely care about each other. It is difficult to enjoy retail jobs but I actually liked this one.

Terrible place to work

Under Armour is a terrible place to work, higher management is not understanding or reasonable what so ever. They pile work on to you without management doing much of anything. They don’t care about your personal life outside of the workplace. 10/10 would never recommend!

Ok

The coma pay will give you free shirts and some free things from time to time but don’t always count on it. One of the better retail companies I have worked for. It’s a good first job.

Easy work, welcoming environment.

Working here is very easy, teammates are always willing to help you get better. Able to work at your own pace and stay in your work flow. They're are different tasks that we share in the warehouse such as receiving shipments, and unloading trucks.

Positive Environment and Management

The best part of this job for me was the work environment. My coworkers were pleasant to work with, and management were some of the best I've worked with. They are organized yet flexible, and do a good job balancing customer satisfaction while also supporting their employees. Weekends and holidays can be very busy, but that's true for pretty much any retail job. I felt valued and respected as an employee here.

Good coworkers but bad managers

Slow on weekdays and crazy busy on weekends. Management is really bad. Would often schedule you outside your availability. Management not in sync with each other.

Horrible management

Many policies make no sense in context("school is not a valid excuse" when most employees are high schoolers), no sympathy from managers who micromanage every little tiny detail. Managers are very favoring to those they like and its obvious. That doesn't even begin to describe the occasional bad customer that will absolutely ruin your day. all in your one 4 hour shift a week.
