Bump it up to $12 Starting , I love it here but I just need more money, I am currently paying my own bills and it would be nice to have a little more money for other things, I had co workers get second jobs because the pay at one job was bad.

Average College Job

Most of the people who work here are great but there is a lack of communication with management. Everyone is always on a different page. It’s an easy college job.

Fun co-workers, terrible management

Loved my coworkers, but did not like management. Physically and verbally abusive. The managers were WEIRD, other than that, it was a cool place to work.

Fun environment

I enjoyed working here, it was not a bad job. The pay was good. Expect to be very busy in the summer months with tourists. Great employee discount as well

Job was okay, schedule issues, Manager always in the back, pay was good. Enjoyed working with the sales associates, other managers were good, store manager was out of touch with the needs of the store, very little workplace drama

Wonderful work environment and it feels like a family

My time at under armor was wonderful, manager and gm were always sweet and supportive but strong and leading at what they do always felt comfortable going to them to talk about anything and ask for advice at any problem I couldn't come up with my own solution for. In my opinion the benefits are nice as they are but wish there were some other benefits offered. This company makes you feel comfortable with coming into work and gives you excellent training you need to do your job. I had to leave my job due to a home emergency that required me to move to a place where there is no under Armour nearby but if I could have stayed I would have been there for a long time. I loved that job and I loved the team that I would have gladly called my family.

Trash

The work environment was so toxic. That is why there is a lot of turnover, especially in mid-management. As a supervisor I was appalled by the practices of the company, and it has only gotten worse in the past few years.

What is the best part of working at the company?Great fun atmosphere, good work if you are available during the holidays. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Maybe be ask to work extra hours, but nothing to excessive. No pressure either was given to force you.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Fun, energetic, busy during their holiday season. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Customer service and restocking as well as maintaining the merchandise in its proper visual way.

Laid back work environment. Also very productive. It’s a nice job but you do have to work. It’s an even balanced job. Nice people to work with and who care about you.

Good for a part-time retail job

It's been a fun place to work at so far, management is good, and pay is good for what it is. It is really the people who you work with that makes it enjoyable. but the work is easy.

Great staff

Great Staff but not enough resources to get the job done to the maximum ability. High flow of traffic versus scheduled employees. No hours during winter.

Poor management

No accountability, employees get ‘bonuses’ if they hit certain quantity targets, but as a result quality suffers greatly. Normal schedule (4 days 10 hour shifts) is nice but it’s not uncommon for them to tack on an extra shift or two per week of “mandatory overtime”.

Management is terrible with communication. If you expect anything more than mediocre you're looking at the wrong place. But the discount is chill. Lol

UA could be a lot better if the management teams didn't drive their quality employees out.

What is the best part of working at the company?The discount when it is 50%. Makes shopping super enjoyable.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?The employees. Management won't implement change and are very stuck in their ways, and EVERYONE gossips about each other. Rude customers who demand things that aren't within reason always end up getting their own way because management doesn't want to lose a sale.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Tense because management (specifically at my store) all gossiped about each other. The culture was rude and fake.

Under Armour is a great place to work. Great work life balance. The pay is low but you enjoy working with your team and the flexibility
