Overall it was an easy/decent retail store to work at

I got hired for PT and hours were basically 4-5hrs long .. if they needed me long I’d stay for 6hrs and get a 15-30min break. Dress clothes- have to wear their brand form head to toe and u have to buy everything. For the hrs worked u are expected to stand and be on the floor the whole time which was tough on feet . Aside from that it was an easy going job supervisors/managers would be flexible to ur needs.

Cons

Expensive, standing all shift

It’s ok

Management come and goes nobody really stay here for a long time but it’s ok for a summer job. I would say just stick to yourself just so you won’t stress yourself out like that

Fine

Neutral job, management is fine but scheduling was only a problem especially for me being a student, the best part about the job is definitely the discount

Fun workplace

I worked there for alnost 2 years, the management was amazing and so was the supervisors and other coworkers. Discount was great. Fun place to work, only complaint was the amount if unreasonable and rude customers that you were to assist in the stores.

Pros

Employee discount

Cons

Little hours

Decent Place to work

Decent place to work for a retail job. It's still retail, though. The tourists that come through the store can be kind of rude. Easy to commute via train.

They need new management

There was always drama & the managers were always involved, never solving it just stirring it up more. They weren’t professional at all you couldn’t really go to them if u needed help cause word of mouth would of spread & you’d look like a snitch or can’t trust cause you “tell the manager “ the managers act like kids instead taking care of business in the work environment. I left due to that & managers having favorites. I’d do a good job but never get credit, someone they like as a “favorite “ won’t even do the most work I put in & get credit.. working for under armour was literally a nightmare always rumors & drama. Never again, I wouldn’t recommend anyone working at the store in ontario mills, ca.

Cons

Short breaks, managers aren’t professional, lack of management there

Great hourly pay, really bad hours

The pay is great, but how great can it really be with very bad weekly hours starting at 4 hours a week. Other than that the community is great but the management can improve.

Rude Management

Rude/annoying/clique management, insanely strict. Boring/repetitive work. 20-less hours a week. No through training, expects new hires to know it all. Overall bad/depressing vibes.

Horrible management

The pay is decent when hours are actually given fairly among coworkers. The management team is not decent at all the only good thing is there are flexible hours but again you have to be one of the manager's favorites to get the hours. Besides management, you have a few coworkers who are extremely fun to be around.

Fun environment and great place to meet people

The workplace culture was awesome. Management was always happy to see staff at start of shift, and thanked us on the way out. The best part of the job was that they let me play to my strengths. Selling is what I do best as well as customer service. The hardest part of the job was keeping it looking neat because it is a very high volume store. Thankfully there was a nice balance of extroverts and introverts to hold it together. The most enjoyable part of the job was working the Black Friday sale. People come from all over the region. I mostly handed out bags for them to fill and kept them happy by striking up conversations as they waited in long lines.

Retail

It’s retail, basic and boring as it gets. Kept under 20 hours a week as they are strict so you don’t get any benefits. Some managers were not very cool but co workers were always cool

No hours, Favoritism from managers in the workplace, feeling useless at work.

I was very excited to join this company as it seemed a great opportunity. They lured me in with the promise of lots of hours and chance to move up. I worked at the Houston outlets location for a little more than a month and in that time period I was given two 4 hour shifts a week, I had to wait an extra 5 days to receive my first check after requesting direct deposit. I was told by other employees that you will only get days to work if you befriend the scheduling managers and kiss up to them. The scheduling managers would give a surplus of days to people they were friends with outside of work. An example of favoritism within this company was how someone who was hired at the same time as me received 4 days a week while I was given only 1. The job task include folding clothes and saying hi to customers thats it and I felt useless. I would beg to be put on the cashier to help out and the managers acted like it was rocket science to work the register. This company and their favoritism driven managers wasted my time and overall caused me to lose my insurance for my car and evicted from my apartment. Do not apply here unless your a high school student who would like to be paid 200$ every two weeks.

Pros

no pros

Cons

favoritism, no hours, feeling useless at work, waste of time, have to buy your own under armour clothing with no support from the company

Interesting but not terrible

Pros: -Good discount on the merchandise and good team no one only looking out for themselves - management helpful in terms of training - very team like atmosphere at the store Cons: Can be stressful at times with covid and limiting number of people in store - some customers just don't listen or are rude but that is bound to happen - management sometimes stresses to much on the small things

Great place to work

You get paid well for a clothing retail job and the people I worked with were great. I would recommend working at Under Armour to anyone interested.

Fun place to work until new manager came in.

Worked at an AZ location for about 2 years. When I started the company culture and atmosphere we truly felt like a family. After a year and a half had passed a new manager came in that completely changed the environment. Sales and employee morale went down.

Pros

Flexible schedule, fun work environment

Cons

New Management
