Relaxed and low stress

Bosses are nice and coworkers are willing to help you learn it’s an easy environment. There’s not always as many hours available but they make up for it when th busy season comes

Productive

What is the best part of working at the company? The people I worked with. I loved early hours I worked snd the discounts were nice too. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?Knowing that we all were losing our jobs at that location as they closed downWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company? The work environment was fun but it also was professional. What is a typical day like for you at the company?I worked in the stock team so I was folding apparel, hanging it, back stocking , cashiering and inventory.

Productive & fun

Good people & flexible scheduling work isn’t too hard or too boring perfect work life balance just barely full time hours available. Very understanding management

Store management was a mess

Team didn't organized properly and often had to change tasks mid-way. Pay was overall ok, would suggest more training for new employees. Everyday you would get the schedule for the next day at 5pm.

Pros

Part time

Cons

Lack of organization

Bad Experience

Horrible workplace to work in especially working an early morning shift from 5am-10am. Managers mainly, have no sense of respect and discriminate religion other than their own. The pay is unreasonable especially if you are working that early in the morning. They will make you work 4 days a week and then make an excuse about how there is no shipment then they will cut your hours to working 1-2 days a week. Managers are full of themselves and if you are not liked in the environment they will criticize you.

Pros

Absolutely nothing at all.

Cons

Boring, low pay, barely any hours and horrible managers.

Flexible Hours

They had flexible hours but the management was bad. Good pay, but can be stressful. The stock associates work extremly early mornings which can be good to get hours in if you’re busy but it is also tough.

Fun workplace with lots of teamwork

I felt like I was back in my competitive years playing team sports. Everyone had a role to perform while still helping one another when one of our team members needing a helping hand. The stock group was a great team to work with even though it was red eye hours to start it was always satisfying to come into work to have a fun productive day. Management was very supportive with any inquiries or events that life throw at us.

Will cut your hours and have sales teamates do the job you were hired for.

I have been stock lead for 7 months now and don’t get me wrong it is a great job. However recently I became frustrated because I was told to take my teamates off the schedule because sales felt the need to take our job and do shipment for us. This is after being called off the day before as well. This is not fair to me or my teamates as no one but stock should be doing out job.

Invest your money here but not your time.

If you really love a brand heed my advice and just stay a customer.High expectations needed with less than a day of training. I respect the work ethic and passion of the full time employees - but felt like I did not reach their expectations as their attitude was above and beyond. Unfortunately made an error and felt degraded for doing so, result was to "keep quiet until I get it right". Work was redundant and you will have hardly any knowledge of the duty. Interview process was delightful but felt like it was a facade. The power trip and insider gossip was also a major turn off.Overall, it was tideous work, did not enjoy, and definitely lost sleep.

Great Pay/Really Flexible Schedule

I have been balancing a life on both sides of the state with school and my family. They allow me to take as much vacation time as I need and at any time that I need it.

Pros

Awesome pay and flexibility

Cons

Early shift if you mind

Not The Best

They want to work you like machines in a limited timeframe. No hours, always cutting shifts which isn’t reliable as a primary source of income. You have learn every job in that place to get hours and give up your weekends and afternoons for good hours. Management only worries about having less work for them and don’t care if you have problems in the work area. The discount is ok if you make money but not worth paying for a shirt when it cost you two hours of work. Overall, I stayed too long to realize all the bad things.

Pros

Discount

Cons

No hours, management is selfish and so much more bs

Chill but fast paced

If you know how to do the job and do it fast, the day just goes by. People are very chill. I like that it just keeps my hands and body busy. My only complaint would be the inconsistency of shifts because of how unpredictable shipment can be sometimes.

Great environment but not enough hours

Everyone here is great, the job itself is great as well. However, management keeps hiring when the original employees are having hours cut. It simply does not make sense. The pay is terrible for this position when the national average for it is two more dollars. Many who work here have second jobs.

Pros

Simple job, early hours, no customers

Cons

Not enough pay, too many new hires

Eh

It's good for part time work, but pay is too low for the amount of work you do. Good for college students looking for some extra income. Management could be much better.

Pros

Flexible

Cons

Low pay

Cut hours

Hours were cut with insufficient notice. Sales have dropped significantly due to recent Covid concerns and manager simply told me not to come in. Only scheduled me for one 7 hour shift during 2 week pay period. I normally worked average of 42 hours per pay period. I need this job to pay bills and wish I was given sufficient notice to prepare. Hopefully things will pick up as I like my job at Under armour.

Pros

Flexible schedule under normal circumstances

Cons

Hours drastically cut.

Terrible

● Work-life balanceIt’s chaos and a do this my way otherwise you’ll get demoted or cut hours feel the store manager picks and chooses who’s her favorite and she breaks rules with in terms about health and state rules of distancing● Pay & benefitsOh pay is terrible● Job security and advancementYour job isn’t always safe here with store manager● ManagementSome of the older managers are cool and very helpful with developing new employees but the store manager is new herself doesn’t have a clue on what to do still and ask the older managers and leads for help● OverallDo some research before you apply of the company can talk to current employees to get an idea how it is there and the current store manager situation there because you’ll regret it for sure

Good, but my review is based off my position

Good management and nice coworkers but I've been hired as a stock associate for months now and haven't worked stock a single day. They constantly put me on the sales floor and working the register which gets annoying because I didn't sign up for that. It's a decent job because you don't have to deal with anything crazy but it doesn't match the job description whatsoever.

Pros

long lunch, easy, good work environment, good discount

Cons

no benefits, low pay, inaccurate
