I have worked with Unilever Pakistan from last 6 years & the good thing of Unilever is a system company & no one can play with your job even your boss & the Bad thing is that if you have not a good relation with your Boss you don't have get your actual reward.

Productive & Learning Enviroment

Working in Unilever was an amazing experience. The office was well managed and decorated. The organisation has established a learning and thoughtful environment which allowed its employees to think and work creatively. During my stay at Unilever, I learned a lot of things from Team Management, Working in different scenarios to Leadership. The attitude of senior management towards their employees was an example. All of the senior management focused on getting the best out of their employees by appreciating them on their work as well as increasing their morale and courage in difficult time. The behaviour and attitude of coworkers with each other was excellent. From office issues to personal or family matters everyone helped each other in the best way they can. The hardest part of the job was to understand the methods/procedure of work in an organization new to me.
