Management will learn you all things that are important for your recant job but also for your future. They planned training sessions at different topics,. For example Decision making, Assertiveness, chain management, MS word, excel, PowerPoint. They also planed on line sessions for employees development. Management also appreciate their employees from giveing them monthy award, annual award etc.

its a good company strong systems but few bad managers distroys careers of employees

Their HR should practically involved in career path of all employees and don't just relay on line manager, sometimes line manager do favourism on time of performance appraisal

Friendly environment. Supper day performances. I learned not only national affairs of good working as well as international affairs also. The culture is impressive among the employees. And most important salary packages are handsome.

My duties as supervision at three distributions I have create new market for existing product line to enhance demand Develop and deliver presentations of company’s products and services to management of the customer and manage sales team & target follow ups.

Have a nice days in UPL. having great experience there. Many of the task were organized by third party system which would not be favourable for employees although its an excellant era.

its so so overall

Salary is very low following by a very hectic routine plus i am an outsourced resource. Infrastructure is very stagnant. While i am kind of an adventurous person, who wants to travel and meeting new people everyday.

Its so so overall

A typical day at work requires a lot of physical exertion as i work in factory so i have to move around on the production floor, the problem is not wandering around instead the problem is the very low salary following by too much hectic work. Co-workers are good but the overall infrastructure lacks appreciation plus infrastructure is very stagnant having no charm in it. Doing the same thing over and over again. While i am kind of a person who prefers traveling and meeting new people every day etc

A trend setting company in market which brings continuous innovation

I've learned that overall Unilever work pattern enables people inside Unilever to keep on challenging for more and better ways to work and impact. Something challenging and better comes every single day and there is something more to do with empowerment. The co-workers care about each other all the times specially when it comes to personal life they always extend the support to each other. The hardest part of the job is to handle pressure. The most enjoyable part of the job is that learning never stops.

Pros

Medical expenses reimbursement for self, spouse, and children. Company maintained car allowed for personal purpose.
