Its so so overall
Shift manager (Current Employee) - Pernawan, 52 kms from lahore,Pakistan - July 29, 2016
A typical day at work requires a lot of physical exertion as i work in factory so i have to move around on the production floor, the problem is not wandering around instead the problem is the very low salary following by too much hectic work. Co-workers are good but the overall infrastructure lacks appreciation plus infrastructure is very stagnant having no charm in it. Doing the same thing over and over again. While i am kind of a person who prefers traveling and meeting new people every day etc
Pros
respect as i am a shift manager over the labor.
Cons
low salary plus i am an outsourced resource

A trend setting company in market which brings continuous innovation
Territory Sales Manager (Current Employee) - Lahore, PPB - November 6, 2014
I've learned that overall Unilever work pattern enables people inside Unilever to keep on challenging for more and better ways to work and impact.
Something challenging and better comes every single day and there is something more to do with empowerment.
The co-workers care about each other all the times specially when it comes to personal life they always extend the support to each other.
The hardest part of the job is to handle pressure.
The most enjoyable part of the job is that learning never stops.
Pros
Medical expenses reimbursement for self, spouse, and children. Company maintained car allowed for personal purpose.
Cons
One day (Sunday) given as weekend
