Good work culture with focus on employee well-being

Unilever proved to be a very nice workplace in terms of culture. It tried to continuously work on improving employee satisfaction and well-being. It takes care of its employees.

Due to betterment, i left unilever

I started intership in unilever, then my job, first i was in finance Dept, then did 15 years plus job in Procurement. My responsibilities include procurement of electrical, mechanical items, Civil, mech, elect, annual rates, all hr, admin annual contracts, e.g. scrap sale, canteen, laundry, waste management, security, etc.

I learned more from Unilever

I learned how to talk with Distributor, how to run distribution, how to manage the whole salers and lmt business men's ,also learned how to run G.t market.

Overall Its was great experience

Have a nice days in UPL. having great experience there. Many of the task were organized by third party system which would not be favourable for employees although its an excellant era.

a large number of products/popular brands

working with a leading FMCG group having a large number of products with is always a fun thing, you have much more chances to get the reviews from end use customers, food, personal care, detergents, on an additional way, seasonal impact have more diversity there.

Fun and Productive place with room for creativity

A typical day at work is full of challenges, however, the work culture makes up for the work stressors. There is an incredible program around wellbeing that actually ensures the wellbeing of all the employees especially mental. Employees can have fun as well with game rooms and other fun engagement activities at work. With focus on Digital, the fluidity of work and talent itself has become interesting and we are given more room to experiment

A good company but i am scared about my future so i want to move to a company who make me more productive and polish my skill and knowledge.

Unilever is good company in sense of their product and services as well,nd i am currently the part of this company. I have concern about my future to secure it and move on to the level where i can take initiatives by myself and will be a valuable part of the company.

Interview was good, related to market questions was good product wise questions was very helpful, that was a good experience but there is no chance to upgrade and no chance to upgrade of salary,
