Excellent workplace environment. A good mixture of relaxing and work load environment

The day starts about 9. Takes a bit of time to get going after coffee and stuff but then goes on swiftly. Close work stations allow easy communication. There is no strict time check for an employee. Liberty is provided in terms of leaving office. The only thing that matters is to complete KPI's.

its a ideal company for every worker i learned there how to work in a safe environment very helpful management company provide the foods at duty time 1 hour rest in duty to refresh the worker

Hardest part of the Job

My manger was on business tour in South Korea and at the same time i was supposed to attend a meeting with high leads of Unilever and that meeting outcome was totally based on our working/updates. that was my hardest part of my job as I was about 3 months old only in Unilever

Trip, We visit northern areas of Pakistan beautiful places. Week Of Joy, This company induct an event of Week Of Joy which was held in Iqbal Stadium Faisalabad Pakistan we learn a lot how to advertise our company. We do the different activities to create inspire feelings for observer.

The productive and fun working place

The head-office life is completely different than a factory going employee. Because most factory site are third party owned and managed, the number of stakeholders substantially increases compared to implementing a project in the head-office.

creating nation wide marketing promotional campaign in highly competitive environmengt

it was very challenging and hard to create outstanding campaign for unilever's brand, and competing with reputed universities across the country. however, it was indeed great to be on television, and projecting our campaign, and we at least reached the semi-finalists in the entire country.

no benefits have given

i am working UPL since last eight mont.h Salary and incentiveS would not be given at a duratinon of given time. Job timing is much higher then the salary package
