Manager are cooperative, good organizational culture. It's just that we got no break. We are free when a student is on leave on absent. There is no extra compensation for overtime and night shift. Once there was a time that I had to take 10 classes straight for 10 hours without any break for a few months.

And I believe no words could explain the reason for which I am here as the time span explains itself. working over here is a great experience with a number of people in a cooperative environment. It's been 4 years to work here.No doubt, the goals with I have joined, YCC gave me a chance to prove myself with the performance and it worked well.
