Average workplace for work but sometime become toxic

Average work environment, culture, good opportunities to learn, take a very long period for growth- Free transport- 1 bonus- No appreciation- No Medical - No lunch

The most enjoyable part of the job

Great work on there and good place to work and I think another sports Activity like Cricket and Football to play at least after six Month to play for this Activity

Yunus Textile Job

I worked YTM as HR Officer. There higher management is very cooperative but Managers are very conservative mind. No professional attitude towards there subordinate and other colleagues.

That job is just fine..

It's a fine job but I have some medical issues there.. that's why I quit my job some times you just realize that your health is important not any thing else.....

Responsible for timely preparation and execution of payroll. Preparation of Monthly Hiring Details. Custodian of Leave Management Part of the team in organization various events such as “Save the Fabric Event” and “Reward and Recognition Program” at YTML. Grievance Handling and posting of Overtime. Screening of resume. Scheduling interviews

Enjoyment and professional

A good environment for female staff

Its a good company no doubt and have excellent environment for female staff but very hectic for male staff at Marketing Dept since late sitting culture is very strong over here.

Yunus textile in one of the leading textile industry of Pakistan. I have learn how to match color, maintain quality and other very critical things regarding quality.

Environment is good

I liked working in YTM, as my AM and Managers are really cooperative with me and with every other staff. But i still want to say that i am looking for better opportunity in my career as it goes.

As a Store In-charge handle all accessories I have learned how to handle projects in pressure. It was difficult to arrange accessories in short notice but i did Average management Friendly co-workers Enjoyed that job
