Position Summary

We are seeking a highly professional and technically proficient IT Technical Support Officer to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure while delivering exceptional technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating systems and enterprise applications.
• Administer Active Directory, including user account management, group policies, permissions, and access control.
• Configure and maintain network devices including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
• Manage VPN services, remote access solutions, and user connectivity requirements.
• Monitor system, server, and network performance to ensure availability, reliability, and security.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and user accounts.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, technical documentation, and support records.
• Manage support requests through the IT ticketing system and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in implementing IT security policies, endpoint protection, patch management, and backup procedures.
• Provide user training and guidance on IT systems, applications, and cybersecurity best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, or Infrastructure Support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with switches, routers, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience managing VPN technologies and remote access solutions.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and network fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with firewall administration and network security.
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certifications, or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
