QA Engineer – AI & Computer Vision Systems

The Role

We’re looking for a QA Engineer who thrives on precision, performance, and real-world impact. You’ll be the first QA hire on our core team — responsible for validating real-time video pipelines, edge deployments, and system-wide reliability. This is a founding-level, in-office role (5 days a week) with a deep technical focus.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and execute tests for C++/Python-based video processing systems
• Validate ML model outputs, frame-by-frame video analytics, and real-time events
• Use profiling and debugging tools to analyze performance, latency, and memory usage
• Work with Dockerized CI/CD workflows to ensure safe, repeatable releases
• Monitor system health with observability tools and simulate edge failure scenarios
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers and system developers to improve coverage and resilience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in software QA with strong knowledge of C++ and Python environments
• Deep understanding of real-time systems, low-latency pipelines, and embedded Linux testing
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools like gdb, Valgrind, flame graphs, or NVIDIA Nsight
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux system internals
• Ability to write or review test automation (Pytest, Bash, or custom tools)

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience testing edge devices (e.g., Jetson Nano, Xavier, Raspberry Pi)
• Familiarity with video streaming frameworks like GStreamer
• Exposure to infrastructure tools (e.g., Salt, Ansible)
• Knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, or other monitoring stacks
• Experience validating ML model inference results (TorchScript, ONNX)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
