ePOSmatic (Pvt.) Ltd. is a technology company providing POS solutions and support services to restaurants and businesses. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Support & Data Entry Department.

Job Responsibilities

· Provide customer support via phone, email, and online communication channels.

· Enter and maintain restaurant menu and business data with a high level of accuracy.

· Resolve customer queries and escalate technical issues when required.

· Verify and update customer records in the system.

· Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.

· Maintain professional communication and excellent customer service standards.

· Prepare and update daily work reports.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Completed).
