ZPayso is a fintech and payment gateway company providing digital payment solutions, merchant onboarding, payment collection, payout/disbursement services, and business payment infrastructure.
Position Overview
At ZPayso, we are looking for a results-driven Head of Sales & Growth who can lead merchant acquisition, build partnerships, increase transaction volume, and support the company’s business expansion.
You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new merchants, building strategic partnerships, and driving transaction growth.
Your role will directly contribute to revenue generation, client acquisition, market expansion, and the overall growth of our fintech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and growth strategies for Zpayso’s payment gateway services.
- Identify and onboard new merchants, e-commerce businesses, service providers, educational institutes, digital platforms, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, business owners, partners, and stakeholders.
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals, market visits, networking, and digital channels.
- Explain Zpayso’s payment solutions, including Pay-In, Pay-Out, payment links, hosted checkout, settlement process, and merchant dashboard.
- Achieve monthly sales, onboarding, and transaction volume targets.
- Coordinate with operations, compliance, finance, and technical teams for merchant activation and smooth service delivery.
- Prepare proposals, pricing plans, merchant onboarding documents, and business presentations.
- Monitor client performance, transaction activity, complaints, and service issues. Support merchant retention by ensuring regular follow-up and issue resolution.
- Identify market trends, competitor offerings, pricing models, and partnership opportunities.
- Develop partnerships with aggregators, businesses, software houses, marketplaces, and service platforms.
- Ensure that only legitimate and compliant businesses are onboarded as per company policy.
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, merchant status, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
- Develop partnerships with aggregators, businesses, software houses, marketplaces, and service platforms.
- Ensure that only legitimate and compliant businesses are onboarded as per company policy.
- Maintain proper records of leads, meetings, merchant status, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, fintech, payment gateway, banking, e-commerce, or merchant acquisition.
- Strong understanding of digital payments, merchant services, fintech products, or B2B sales will be preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under performance-based incentives. Strong market knowledge and ability to generate new business leads.
- Confident personality with good relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of payment gateways, settlements, transaction flow, and merchant onboarding.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and reporting formats.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external clients professionally.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in fintech, payment gateway, banking, POS, SaaS, e-commerce, or merchant acquiring.
- Existing network of merchants, businesses, e-commerce sellers, software houses, or corporate clients.
- Experience in commission-based sales or target-driven business development.
- Understanding of merchant KYC, compliance checks, and risk screening.

Commission:
Performance-based commission on successful merchant onboarding, transaction volume, or revenue generated, as per company policy.
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
