Key Responsibilities:
- Identify relevant and high-potential projects on Upwork and Fiverr
- Write tailored, client-specific proposals based on project requirements
- Evaluate project scope, client credibility, and budget before applying
- Initiate conversations and convert leads into discovery meetings
- Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and track conversions
- Coordinate with internal teams for accurate scoping and delivery alignment
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Upwork and/or Fiverr bidding
- Strong proposal writing and client communication skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements (web, software, or AI projects)
- Strong filtering skills to avoid low-quality leads
- Self-driven with a focus on results and conversions
KPIs:
- Number of qualified proposals submitted
- Response rate from clients
- Meetings booked per week
- Conversion from proposal to project
