About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Video Editor to transform raw wedding footage into beautiful, emotional, and cinematic wedding films. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, expertise in video editing software, and the ability to deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Edit wedding highlights, teaser videos, and full-length wedding films.
- Organize and manage raw video footage from multiple cameras.
- Synchronize audio, speeches, vows, and background music.
- Perform color correction and color grading for a cinematic look.
- Add transitions, effects, titles, and motion graphics where required.
- Select suitable music that matches the wedding theme and emotions.
- Ensure smooth storytelling and emotional flow throughout the video.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and clients to meet expectations.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Make revisions based on client feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in wedding video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling and pacing.
- Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formats.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and creativity in editing.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience editing luxury or destination weddings.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
- Familiarity with social media reel and short-form video editing.

Salary
- Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
- Freelance projects may be paid per wedding or per edited video.
