Job Title: International Sales And Support Agent (Evening/Night Shift)
Location: Shahra - e - Faisal
Shift Timings: 12:00 AM Onwards (Night Shift)
Salary: Base Pay: 75,000 PKR + Commission on Sales (Average take home is 90K - 100K)
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English with a neutral or near-native accent.
- At least 6 months of experience in cold calling within sales or lead generation.
- Strong communication, influence, and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with strict commitment to the 6 PM shift start time.
- High level of professionalism, respect, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Quick thinker with the ability to adapt, stay resilient, and handle rejection.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
