E-commerce Store Intern (On-site, 3-Month Paid Internship) For Females only

We are offering a 3-month on-site internship opportunity (for females only) for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Store Virtual Assistant to support our online store operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce, customer service, and digital content management.

The selected intern will work closely with our in-house team to learn and contribute to real-world e-commerce processes, including product listings, order processing, AI image generation, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Store Management Manage product listings, updates, and inventory across platforms (e.g., Shopify, Etsy, Amazon)

Upload new product information including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overselling

Order Processing

Process new orders and ensure timely dispatch

Communicate with vendors, suppliers, or shipping partners as needed

Track shipments and update customers with relevant tracking information

Customer Support

Respond to customer inquiries via email, or platform messages

Handle pre-sale questions, order updates, complaints, and return/refund requests

Maintain a professional and helpful tone in all communications

Content Generation with AI Assistance and SEO

Optimize product listings for SEO (titles, tags, descriptions)

Assist in creating or scheduling promotional content (emails, blogs, social posts)

Learn AI image generation tools to create product visuals, and concept images for marketing and listing purposes

Suggest and execute content improvements to increase store visibility and sales

Requirements

Passionate about e-commerce and digital business Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, Ebay, Shopify and ETSY)

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Comfortable using spreadsheets, and online tools Ability to work on-site

Internship Duration, Location & Benefits

Duration: 3 Months (with potential for a permanent role based on performance)
