What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for U.S. roles
• Communicate with executive-level U.S. candidates
• Source, screen & evaluate top-tier candidates
• Maintain candidate pipelines
• Sourcing and marketing the candidates to our fortune 500 clients
• Conduct structured interviews via calls, email & virtual platforms
• Meet weekly hiring goals using strong organizing & analytical skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth placements

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates OR candidates with CSR/Call Center experience
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Competitive attitude & willingness to learn
• O & A Levels background preferred
• Ability to work night shift
