Full job description
We are seeking a proactive Client Success Support Manager to manage client relationships, provide exceptional support, and serve as a primary point of contact for US-based client. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, experience handling customer inquiries and escalations, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for US-based clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Conduct regular client check-ins, status updates, and performance reviews.
- Track and report customer support metrics and service performance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM and support tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client support, customer success, account management, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proven ability to communicate professionally with US clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and customer support platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working flexible hours to accommodate US business schedules when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting international or US-based customers.
- Knowledge of customer success, account management, or SaaS support processes.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
