Full job description

We are seeking a proactive Client Success Support Manager to manage client relationships, provide exceptional support, and serve as a primary point of contact for US-based client. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, experience handling customer inquiries and escalations, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for US-based clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, status updates, and performance reviews.
  • Track and report customer support metrics and service performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM and support tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client support, customer success, account management, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally with US clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and customer support platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working flexible hours to accommodate US business schedules when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting international or US-based customers.
  • Knowledge of customer success, account management, or SaaS support processes.
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar platforms.

Work Arrangement
