Full job description
We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Representative to engage with overseas clients, promote our services, and convert leads into long-term customers. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a target-driven sales environment and want to build a career in international business.
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi (On-Site)
Shifts: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Females) or 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Males)
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Experience: Fresh – 1 Year
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential international clients through online platforms.
- Present company services professionally and handle client inquiries or objections.
- Convert qualified leads into clients while meeting monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- A/O levels background can also be considered.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with international clients.
- Target-driven mindset with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
