About the Role

We are hiring a Project Manager Intern who wants to grow in project coordination, team management, client communication, task tracking, documentation, and software project management.

This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or beginners who want to start their career in a professional software house environment and learn how web, mobile app, and software projects are managed from planning to delivery.

The selected candidate will work with project managers, developers, designers, QA teams, and clients to support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, tracking, and managing software development projects
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and business development teams
• Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and task reports
• Track project timelines, deadlines, and daily progress
• Maintain tasks on project management tools like Trello, Jira, ClickUp, or Asana
• Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and blockers
• Support client communication and requirement gathering
• Help prepare project documentation, task lists, and status reports
• Ensure project updates are shared clearly with the team and management
• Learn basic Agile/Scrum project management practices

Required Skills

• Fresh to 6 months of experience in project coordination, management, or a related role preferred
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of software development, websites, mobile apps, or digital projects
• Good English writing and speaking skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, or documentation tools
• Familiarity with Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or Notion is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple team members professionally
• Confident, responsible, active, and willing to learn
• Must be comfortable working onsite from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
