Full job description
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment tasks: post job ads, screen resumes, coordinate and schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates.
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and new-hire setup.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Help prepare HR documents: offer/rejection letters, employment contracts, and internal communications.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and support planning of company events.
- Assist with basic payroll and benefits administration tasks (data collection, timesheet checks).
- Respond to routine employee queries and escalate complex issues to HR staff.
- Support ad-hoc HR projects such as policy reviews, surveys, and reporting.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor law preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and willingness to learn HRIS/ATS tools.
- High attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and good organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
Logistics and perks
- Duration: 3–6 months (flexible); part-time or full-time available.
- Location: jinah colony , Faisalabad
- Reporting to: HR Manager / HR Generalist.
- Learning opportunities: exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR compliance, payroll basics, and employee relations.
