Business Development Executive | Fiverr & Upwork Expert

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in Fiverr, Upwork, and online client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in generating leads, handling international clients, and converting prospects into long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Fiverr and Upwork
  • Generate quality leads and convert them into clients
  • Handle client communication professionally through chat and calls
  • Build strong relationships with international clients
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools for lead generation and prospecting
  • Understand client requirements and prepare effective proposals
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups and project coordination
  • Achieve weekly and monthly business development targets

Requirements:

  • 1.5 to 2 years of experience in Business Development
  • Proven experience working on Fiverr and Upwork platforms
  • Good spoken and written English communication skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools
  • Strong understanding of proposal writing and client handling
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented

Job Details:

  • Job Type: Onsite
  • Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in international sales and B2B communication
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and project coordination
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
