Online Bidding Intern (Upwork / Freelancer)

Red Feather Tech is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Online Bidding Intern to join our growing Business Development team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and aspiring business development professionals to gain hands-on experience in online bidding, client communication, and international sales. Successful candidates demonstrating strong performance during the internship may be offered a permanent position within the company.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with prior hands-on experience working on Upwork, Freelancer or similar online bidding platforms will be given preference during the selection process.
• Applicants who have previously submitted proposals, communicated with international clients, generated leads, or secured projects through freelance marketplaces are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in generating business through Upwork, Freelancer, and other online platforms.
• Identify potential clients and support the preparation of competitive proposals.
• Communicate with prospective clients to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project discussions and estimations.
• Maintain bidding records, follow-up activities, and lead reports.
• Learn and implement effective online bidding and lead generation strategies.
• Support business development activities to build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of online marketplaces such as Upwork and Freelancer.
• Good proposal writing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of web development, graphic design, SEO, digital marketing, or IT services will be considered an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree (completed or in the final semester).
