Social Media Executive

Job Description:

As a Social Media Executive at ZCoders Pvt. Ltd. , you will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s online presence across various social media platforms. You will create engaging content, stay updated with the latest trends, and develop creative marketing strategies to attract and engage target audiences. Your role will be essential in increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create creative, engaging, and trend-based content to increase audience interaction and brand visibility.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to generate leads and improve engagement.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, viral content, and digital marketing strategies.
• Analyze audience behavior and optimize content accordingly.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
• Respond to audience queries, comments, and messages professionally.
• Develop creative ideas to improve reach, followers, and customer engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to create creative marketing ideas and trend-based content.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or other social media tools.
• Good communication and content writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with paid social media campaigns and boosting ads.
• Knowledge of video editing tools and content creation.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing basics is a plus.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and audience targeting strategies.
