We’re Hiring: CSR – Insurance
Shopify Pro is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Insurance to join our growing team.
Location: Green Acres Housing Society (On-site)
Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding insurance policies
  • Respond to client emails professionally within required turnaround times
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements
  • Review and process policy endorsements
  • Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriting departments regarding approvals and requirements
  • Follow up with clients for pending documents and policy requirements
  • Explain policy coverages, deductibles, billing details, and payment options
  • Maintain accurate customer information and account notes within CRM systems
  • Process ID cards, declarations pages, and policy documents
  • Review carrier notices, underwriting memos, and policy alerts daily
  • Coordinate with agents and internal teams for smooth policy servicing
  • Track pending tasks, renewals, and follow-ups efficiently
  • Manage multiple emails, CRM systems, and carrier portals simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Insurance CSR or Customer Support role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems
  • Basic working knowledge of HawkSoft is required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
