Role Overview

In the role of Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for conducting market research, establishing client relationships, identifying potential sales opportunities, finalizing deals, and delivering customer service. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to develop customized solutions that meet their unique business needs. Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate sales leads through different channels catering to the different markets, and convert them into successful sales.

· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.

· Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and create tailored solutions.

· Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

· Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

· Prior BD experience. (LinkedIn experience is a plus).

· Strong understanding of the IT solutions industry and business process outsourcing.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
