Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Seeking energetic, persuasive, and target-driven professionals to join its Karachi-based Back Office Operations Team supporting a renowned UAE-based company specializing in:
- Water Tank Cleaning Services
- Pest Control Services
- Anti-Termite Treatment Services
- Disinfection & Sanitization Services
- Building Maintenance Support Services
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales opportunities, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and converting prospects into customers through professional telephone and email communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
- Generate new business opportunities through telephonic sales and email correspondence.
- Follow up with inquiries received through digital platforms, websites, social media, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and service information to prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospective customers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with operations teams regarding service scheduling and customer requirements.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Update CRM systems and sales reports on daily basis.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to enhance customer retention and repeat business.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Email Support, Chat Support, Business Development, Lead Generation, and Inside Sales.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken).
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with international clients.
- Excellent email drafting and telephone communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under sales targets and performance KPIs.
