Healthcare Operations & Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Lahore

Job Summary

We are looking for a Healthcare Operations & Scheduling Coordinator to manage caregiver scheduling, patient coordination, healthcare operations, and CRM records. The ideal candidate should have a healthcare-related background with knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare services, staff scheduling, and patient management. Experience in medical billing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule caregivers according to patient needs and staff availability.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and emergency staffing requirements.
  • Handle patient inquiries and coordinate appropriate care services.
  • Maintain accurate patient and caregiver records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure timely communication between patients, caregivers, and management.
  • Monitor caregiver attendance, shift coverage, and service quality.
  • Generate operational reports and maintain documentation.
  • Assist with healthcare administration and medical billing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in healthcare operations, scheduling, patient coordination, or healthcare administration.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare services and medical terminology.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Medical billing experience will be preferred.

Preferred Background

  • Hospital, clinic, home healthcare, nursing services, or healthcare staffing experience.
  • Experience coordinating nurses, caregivers, or healthcare professionals.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
