Job Title = Business Development Executive ( United states )

Key responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential clients and business partners
Handle inbound and outbound communication professionally
Support lead generation and pipeline management efforts
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal (non-negotiable)
U.S. accent or neutral accent strongly preferred
1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role (preferred)
Based in Lahore — must be able to commute to office daily
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone/email etiquette
Ability to conduct interviews — experience in interviewing candidates or clients is a plus
