About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Deputy Procurement Manager with HVAC expertise to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring HVAC equipment, components, and materials to support our projects and maintenance operations. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HVAC manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify equipment and material needs based on specifications.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts to secure competitive pricing and delivery terms.
• Manage procurement processes, including order placement, expediting, and follow-up.
• Research and evaluate new HVAC technologies and market trends for cost savings and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier performance, and pricing history.
• Support the development and implementation of procurement policies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC procurement or a similar role in construction, engineering, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and components.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
