Job Title: Junior QA Engineer (Manual Testing)Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior QA Engineer with around 1 year of experience in Manual Testing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, bug reporting, and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using bug tracking tools.
- Perform regression, functional, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved properly.
- Participate in requirement analysis and review meetings.
- Maintain testing documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Manual Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Familiarity with API testing basics using tools like Postman is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
