Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Hydraulic & Pneumatic Engineer / Incharge responsible for installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and smooth operation of hydraulic and pneumatic systems in the manufacturing plant. The candidate must have strong practical knowledge of industrial machinery, maintenance planning, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems of plant machinery.
- Diagnose faults in pumps, cylinders, valves, compressors, pipelines, and control systems.
- Ensure minimum machine downtime through effective preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Monitor hydraulic oil, air pressure systems, leakage control, and component performance.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Maintain spare parts inventory for hydraulic and pneumatic components.
- Coordinate with production department for machine availability and maintenance scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs.
- Prepare daily maintenance reports and breakdown analysis.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
Required Qualification
- DAE / B.E Mechanical, Mechatronics, or relevant engineering field.
- Certification in Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years hands-on experience in hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance in manufacturing industry.
- Experience in aluminium, extrusion, steel, plastic, or industrial manufacturing plant preferred.
Work Location: In person
