We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Software House Manager with at least 5 years of professional experience in managing software house operations, teams, and business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing overall company operations, ensuring departmental coordination, improving productivity, maintaining client relationships, and driving organizational growth.
The candidate should possess strong leadership, operational management, communication, and strategic planning skills to effectively manage both technical and administrative functions within the company.

- Office Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
- Location: PIA Road, Lahore
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of the software house and ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
- Supervise and coordinate with all departments including Development, QA, Design, Marketing, and Operations.
- Monitor workflow, employee performance, and operational efficiency across teams.
- Ensure company policies, SOPs, and workplace standards are properly implemented.
- Coordinate with department heads to maintain project timelines and resource planning.
- Handle client communication, business meetings, and operational discussions.
- Monitor company productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Develop strategies to improve organizational performance and employee efficiency.
- Support recruitment planning, employee management, and workforce development with the HR department.
- Manage operational budgets, reporting, and administrative activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and support company growth initiatives.
- Resolve workplace conflicts and maintain a professional and productive work environment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for higher management.
- Ensure confidentiality, data protection, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Maintain coordination between management and operational teams for smooth execution of company objectives.

Qualification & Experience
