About the Role

We are looking for an AI Operations & Integration Specialist to own the AI stack that runs across our business — from the platforms that handle CRM, email, marketing, and customer service to the AI assistants and automation tools our teams use every day. You will choose the right tools, plug them in safely, govern how they are used, and train the rest of the company to get the most out of them.

This is the right fit for someone who is genuinely curious about AI, comfortable with SaaS administration, and able to think practically about how tools fit into how people actually work. You will be the go-to person for anything AI-related in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, recommend, and deploy AI platforms across CRM, email, marketing, social media, customer service, and project management functions.
• Administer integrated business platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho One, High Level, integrations, and reporting.
• Configure and manage AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot) at the business or enterprise tier, including SSO setup, role-based access, and audit logging.
• Build and maintain workflow automations and integrations native platform tools.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, manage, and handle onboarding and off boarding of users from each AI tool.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2+ years administering at least one major business platform (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
• Working knowledge of major AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) and how they are used in business contexts.
• Experience with workflow automation tools.
• Solid understanding of data privacy, user permissions.
• Strong written communication able to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues clearly.
• Good problem-solving and project management skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Vendor certification in HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or REST API integrations.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering or building custom AI agents.
• Experience writing AI usage policies or running training programs.
• Background in IT operations, business analysis, or digital transformation projects.
