Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder with 1–1.5 years of experience in online bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Upwork bidding strategies, proposal writing, and initial client communication with a can-do attitude to help bring in new projects and build long-term client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects exclusively on Upwork.
- Write tailored, persuasive proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Communicate with potential clients on Upwork to clarify requirements and build trust.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for preparing accurate project timelines and accurate estimates.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads, proposals, and follow-ups on the Upwork dashboard.
- Research Market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, CS, SE, or any related field.
- 1–1.5 years of proven experience as an Upwork bidder in IT services.
- Strong proposal writing with attention to details and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of software development, web & mobile applications.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
