Job Title: Head of Sales (International – On Call)

Job Location: Nazimabad No. 1, Karachi

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Salary Range: PKR 55,000 – 80,000 (based on experience and performance)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales (International – On Call) to lead our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer engagement across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the international (On Call) sales team.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor team performance and ensure monthly sales targets are met.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to improve productivity and conversion rates.
• Handle escalated customer queries and assist in closing key deals.
• Generate sales reports and provide performance insights to management.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and sales quality.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business expansion initiatives.

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in International Tele Sales
• Proven experience in managing and leading sales teams.
• Excellent Conversation Skills
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
• Target-oriented with strong leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools will be an added advantage.
