Sr. Supervisor - Treasury Accountant

Treasury Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee daily treasury accounting activities, including cash, investments, debt, and related financial instruments.
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities.
• Ensure accurate accounting treatment for treasury transactions in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Prepare and review treasury-related financial reports and schedules.
• Support quarterly and annual financial statement preparation and audits.

Cash Management

• Monitor daily cash positions and liquidity requirements.
• Oversee cash forecasting and working capital management processes.
• Ensure timely execution and recording of wire transfers, ACH transactions, and banking activities.
• Optimize cash utilization while maintaining adequate liquidity.

Compliance & Internal Controls

• Maintain strong internal controls over treasury operations and cash management processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Support internal and external audit requests by providing documentation and explanations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

Team Leadership

• Supervise, mentor, and develop treasury accounting team members.
• Assign workloads, review performance, and provide ongoing coaching.
• Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6–8+ years of accounting or treasury experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and treasury accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
