Full-Stack Product Engineer (Tech Lead Level)

Role Summary
We’re hiring a product-minded full-stack engineer who can own both architecture and execution end-to-end.
Technical Direction
Design and own the end-to-end system architecture (frontend, backend, data, integrations)
Make clear decisions on what to build vs. what to avoid
Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and maintainable
Define and uphold engineering standards and best practices
Own deployments, environments, and production readiness (using managed services)
Product Development & Execution
Build user-facing features end-to-end (UI, APIs, workflows)
Rapidly prototype and iterate on product ideas
Turn ambiguous ideas into usable, high-quality product experiences
Improve UX based on real user feedback and behavior
Run fast experiments to validate product decisions
AI-Native Development
Use AI tools (LLMs, copilots, agents) to:
Generate, refactor, and debug code
Accelerate development cycles
Explore implementation approaches quickly
Critically review AI output to ensure correctness, performance, and security
Treat AI as a force multiplier, not a shortcut

What We’re Looking For
5–8+ years building production-grade software
Strong full-stack experience (modern frontend + backend)
Proven ability to design systems, not just ship features
Strong product sense and UX intuition
Excellent debugging and code review skills
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Ability to move fast without creating long-term mess
Already using AI tools heavily in your workflow (this is required, not optional)
Strong communication skills in a remote environment
Tech Environment (Flexible but Modern)
We’re pragmatic about tools, but typically work with:
Frontend: React / Next.js (or similar)
Backend: Node.js, Python, or equivalent
Infrastructure: Cloud-managed services (AWS/GCP), serverless where appropriate
Databases: SQL / NoSQL depending on use case
Nice to Have
Experience building or scaling MVPs to real users
Startup or solo-builder experience
Familiarity with SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, or AI products
Basic design sense (not required, but valuable)

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
