Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electrical maintenance team and daily activities.
- Maintain extrusion, casting, powder coating, anodizing, air compressor, and utility electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in machines, panels, motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance execution as per schedule.
- Monitor power consumption and electrical load management.
- Maintain transformers, generators, breakers, cables, and electrical panels.
- Ensure implementation of electrical safety standards and PPE compliance.
- Coordinate with production department to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
